in accordance with Section 4 e of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz - BDSG)

The legislator established a number of requirements for maintaining and retaining records. Following the expiration of these requirements, the corresponding information is deleted if it is no longer necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. lease agreement).

Data no longer affected by this is deleted if the intended purposes under 4 no longer apply.
